Requirements

To apply for for St kitts and Nevis citizenship by Investment program, applicant must fulfill one of the following investment options with some other requirements.

To qualify for citizenship through the Sustainable Growth Fund donation option, you’ll contribute at least US$125,000 to the foundation. For main applicant and spouse, it rises to US$150,000. You will pay US$170,000 for main applicant, spouse and two dependents.

For each additional dependent under 18 years old, an amount of US$10,000 should be added. As for dependents over 18, an additional US$25,000 should be included.

The real estate investment path requires an investment of at least US$200,000 in one of the approved developments. The investment must be held for at least 7 years. If real estate investment amount rises to US$400,000. It should be held for at least 5 years.

Acquire a private residence valued at a minimum of US$400,000. You will be required to make payments of US$25,000 for government fees. If main applicant’s spouse is added in the application than government fees will be US$40,000 in total.

Saint Kitts & Nevis Citizenship

When it comes to citizenship by investment in Saint Kitts and Nevis, the program allows several categories of applicants:

As the main applicant, you must be at least 18 years old and meet the investment requirements. You must also be in excellent health condition and show a clean criminal record. You must also provide a legitimate income source and clear all the legal due diligence.

Your legally married spouse can be included in your citizenship application. They will receive full citizenship and a passport just like main applicant. But spouse should be of legal age over 18 years, with no criminal record and no underlying health issues.

In this context, a ‘child’ refers to a biological or legally adopted child.

Children under 18:

Children under the age of 18 living at home of the main applicant or their spouse are eligible.

Unmarried Children between 18 and 25:

children between the ages of 18 and 25 can be included if they are attending a recognized higher education institution on a full-time basis after turning 18 and if the main applicant fully financially supports them. These provisions provide opportunities for both younger and older children to be considered under the program.

If your parents are over 55 years old and financially dependent on you, they may also qualify to be included in your citizenship application. They will have the same rights and benefits as the other family members gaining citizenship.

Client’s Onboarding

Client onboarding at Caribbean Islands Immigration Services starts with Form 1 for initial due diligence. After a successful screening, we provide a Client Agreement (CA) for your review and signature. Once the agreement and payment are received, our legal team handles government forms and documents.

For property investments, you sign an agreement with the developer, and we communicate with them and the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) on your behalf.

Application Review and Submission

Passport Issue

Once the CIU evaluates and approves your application, you will be required to fulfill all necessary contributions and government fees. Upon completing these payments, the CIU will issue Certificates of Naturalization, followed by the issuance of your passports.
