Requirements

To apply for Grenada citizenship by Investment program, applicant must fulfill one of the following investment options with some other requirements.

Make an eligible investment. This includes donating to a government National Transformation Fund (NTF). This is non-refundable. The investment amount depends on the number of dependents including in the application but starts at US$150,000.

To be eligible for the property option, you can either invest a minimum of US$220,000 or US$350,000 in a Government approved real estate project. The real estate must be held for a minimum of five years from the date your citizenship is granted.

To qualify for citizenship under the Grenada CBI program, as the primary applicant, you must be at least 18 years of age, need to be in good health and have a clean criminal record. You must present a stable source of income. Finally, you must clear the due diligence.

One of the benefits of the Grenada CBI program is the ability to include certain dependent family members in your citizenship application. Your spouse or common-law partner comes under this category. Spouse must be of at least 18 years of age, with no serious health issues and clean criminal record.

The definition of a “child” in this context refers to a biological or legally adopted child.

Unmarried Children under 18:

If the child is under 18 years old, they must be the offspring of either the investor or the investor’s spouse.

Unmarried Children under 18-30:

For children between the ages of 18 and 30, they must meet two specific criteria: firstly, they must be attending a recognized institution of higher learning, and secondly, they must be financially supported to a significant extent by either the investor or the investor’s spouse.

Parents and Grandparents if are over the age of 55 years and relies significantly on financial support from the investor or the investor’s spouse, they are eligible to be included in the citizenship application.

Unmarried siblings fully dependent upon the investor or investor’s spouse.

Client’s Onboarding

Client onboarding at Caribbean Islands Immigration Services starts with Form 1 for initial due diligence. After a successful screening, we provide a Client Agreement (CA) for your review and signature. Once the agreement and payment are received, our legal team handles government forms and documents.

For property investments, you sign an agreement with the developer, and we communicate with them and the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC) on your behalf.

Application Review and Submission

Application review and submission involve a thorough assessment of your documents to ensure compliance with the CBIC requirements. Our legal team conducts a comprehensive review before submitting the necessary forms.

The CBIC performs its own due diligence and examines all the paperwork. We maintain close collaboration with them to facilitate a timely and efficient processing of your application.

5-8 Month

Passport Issued

Once the CBIC evaluates and approves your application, you will be required to fulfill all necessary contributions and government fees. Upon completing these payments, the CBIC will issue Certificates of Naturalization, followed by the issuance of your passports.
